Built in 1999 and proudly owned by R.J. Finlay & Co., the Meetinghouse at Riverfront offers independent and senior living apartments in a gracious and comfortable environment where you can live without the worry of property and home management. Situated in beautiful Manchester, New Hampshire and overlooking the picturesque Merrimack River, the Meetinghouse is an elegant and affordable option for adults 55 years of age and better.

Independent residents can choose one or two bedroom apartments. Weekly housekeeping and linen services plus one meal served daily in the main dining room is included in the monthly rent. Residents can participate in any of the activities offered, entertainment or outings. Emergency call systems that ring directly to the in-house nursing staff are in each apartment.

Senior living residents can choose from studio and one-bedroom apartments. Weekly housekeeping and laundry, three nutritious meals a day served in the main dining room and up to 45 minutes of personal care services provided by the Visiting Nurse Association of Manchester are included in the monthly rent. These services enable residents to maintain the highest level of independence while receiving the support they need.
